About Us

  So Valencia Sr started as an ironworker in New York City in the early 1980's.  His son was just a small child then but loved all the great things his father would do in construction. As early as 5 years old, his son would try to join him for work to be part of that world. He would work at the fabrication shop a total of 15 minutes, eat for 1-2 hours, nap for about 2-3 hours and then call it a day. But the pure bliss he would have just being in his shadow made it all worth it.

  As the years progress, his son would be more involved, learning how to use many tools, and would even take shop class to impress his father. One day Sr., approached him and said, "son, I'm, sure you'll become a great worker, but I don't need someone that can follow in my footsteps, but someone even greater. When we open up our business one day, and start operations together, I'll need someone to know things that I don't know about business. I'll handle the operations, but you help me run the rest."  With that encouragement, his son first enlisted in the Marine Corps to acquire great leadership skills. After that, he went to the university for his management, accounting and law degrees. Also, while in high school he learned how to read plans, use AutoCAD, and learned other vocational skills.
